step 1:
Warm balm on the back of your hand. You may use a setting spray also if you'd like. Make sure brows are clean from products.
2. Glide the balm onto the brows or in the directions you'd like to place your brow hairs. Apply as needed.
3. Take your spooly and start brushing your hairs in the direction you'd like to set them. 

4. Use index finger to sleek down brows for laminated look or a firm hold.
